Agent, Switzerland-Swiss archaeologists gained new insights about Roman engineering and provincial infrastructure when the remnants of a 2,000-year-old ancient bridge were re-born from a former River during a modern construction near Egton in Bernie’s Cantonment, Miami Herald Reports laborers revealed more than 300 oak posts belonging to a wooden structure, which once during the Roman era was a major waterway, spreading over the Thiale River. Dandro Crohrological Analysis indicated that the bridge was first built around 40 BImmediately after the Roman victory of the local Calcutti Halvity tribe. It was repaired periodically and was strengthened over a period of 400 years. The bridge once stood outside the gates of modern -day Student’s Student, and formed an important part of the Jora Transvisor, which, a major Rome trading, communication and transportation route connected important Roman military camps and settlements in terms of strategies. Archaeologists also recovered several items that had mistakenly fell into the river from the bridge or were deliberately thrown.
