I am a physicist who studies Jovim, and I have recently preserved blood vessels in the world's largest Tea Rex.

Despite the fact that most of the current research in pelvicology is focused on trying to find organic remains in Jovashim, unfortunately dinosaur DNA has never been recovered.

What we know about dinosaurs comes from safe bones and teeth that have been dug from the ground. However, these difficult tissues are limited to the information they provide.

Soft tissues in the fool records are extremely rare, but can help provide ancient life -long reconstruction. It contains things like muscle and ligaments, pigments or even skin (like scales or wings), which includes detailed information about dinosaur’s life and looks like it.

Another interesting soft tissue that can be found in the bones is blood vessels. My research team and I discovered that the blood vessels have been stored in the tirenosus Rex Fossel, and our searches have recently been published. Scientific Reports.

As a student of undergraduate physics at the University of Regina, I joined a research team that used Partical Axlers to study fossils. There, I first discovered the blood vessels in the bone from T -Rex using advanced 3D models. It has been almost six years since this moment. Now I am working on my PhD, where I use my background in physics to advance the analysis technique in fossil research.

An unusual sample

The ship was found in a notable T -Rex sample called Scotti. Scottish is the largest Tea Rex ever, held at a collection of the Royal Saskichovan Museum in Canada. Gwashim is one of the most complete samples of TRAC.

It seemed that 66 million years ago, Scotti’s life was rough. Many of the recovered bones were injured, possibly due to any other dinosaur or disease fighting. Particularly in a bone, a part of the rib, is a great thing of partial healing fractures.

Generally, after experiencing a traumatic event such as a fracture after bones, the activity of blood vessels in the affected area as part of the healing process increases greatly. We believe that this was found in Scotti’s rib: a vast network of minerals that we were able to test using 3D models.

Revolution in palionology research

When analyzing fool bones, there are two important challenges. First, how to test the interior of the bones without damaging the gynecology. And second, the bones are huge and can be quite dense due to the process of gossip, where the places of minerals and the original organic material fill.

At first, we thought we could perform bone computing tomography (CT) scan, which is used for medical purposes, which would cause bone imaging without damage. Although this is the first problem, the second problem means that the traditional medical CT machine is not powerful enough to enter the thick bone.

Our Exam Wee, We used Snructrine Light, special high -intensity X -ray. These selected particles are manufactured in the Excellers Labs, and allow us to easily investigate the blood vessels in the bone, such as micro -structure.

Sancutron X -rays can also be useful for chemical analysis. We found that the vessels were preserved as iron -rich minerals, which is a common form of gossip, but in two separate layers. The reason for this layers is due to environmental complex history, which led to the extraordinary protection of Scati’s ribs.

Written in blood vessels

By analyzing the blood vessels created by incomplete healing fractures, we can expect how Tea Rex healing, helped speculate on how the scati managed to survive after injuries. This can cause evolutionary information to compare the vessel structures visible in the scati, which are other species of dinosaurs, as well as with modern relatives from birds such as dinosaurs.

The results can also help scientists find the future foolishness by guideing the bones that show the effects of injury or disease, which increases the chances of discovering more vessels or other types of safe tissues.

With the cross -disciplinary research and novel applications of advanced technologies, dinosaur’s past lives have the ability to regenerate the lives of the past.
