Each new car brand entering Australia has struggled for sale and service teams, accessories and all kinds of backups. Even market leaders like Tesla and BYD have faced their dental problems. Facebook groups and mainstream media have many comments about the difficulties of repairing multiple electrical vehicles, mainly centers around electronics and battery.
Therefore, it was a pleasure to hear a positive story about a great repair experience on the wet EX5. It was a common suburban garden accident, which was a low -speed accident. Nurum Rash told me about his recent EV coffee and his cake morning experience. Galley has provided 2,335 Ex5 models in Australia so far this year. Companies mentioned that Nurm hurry to tell us that it has no affiliation with the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
His story is in his own words and pictures:
“It was a rare and good feeling to capture a new car. As our first EV, it was especially pleasant, as we did not enjoy hot/aerial massage seats and other luxury, mostly controlled by the sound command. The ride was easily luxurious.
“When our stationery car boom was reared and, what’s the matter, despite its rapid, a new tail gate and even more needed. In addition to the emotional effects, it is a matter of great pleasure that some drivers and car owners are honest, and take time to solve the matter with a smoothness.

“Thinking about thinking that we are not with a different brand with the reputation of faulty spare parts,” we begin the process of selecting the repair. Our wet dealership assured us that there are plenty of stock in stock to make some cars from the beginning.
“The selection of the repair:
“Insurance provided a list of preferential repairs, and provided the option of selecting yourself. After some web -based research, we went to 4 places, 2 of which left the impressive effects. The staff were engaged in the workshop but the clean, the workshop staff is clear about what is important and what is necessary.

“One of the two insurance company’s priority list, was in the motoron auto body -Warana. The business is located in 49 Premier Circuit, Varana, QLD4575. There is another motoron auto body, we chose one in Varana.
“Women were effective at the reception desk, on the phone and personally, living, no question was asked to follow up.
“In an early contact, the workshop master was made available for a brief consultation, which gives me confidence in his ability, yet the first wet to work for him. In this conversation, I mentioned the concerns of spare parts about a different EV brand and said that all of this was changed, as well.
“Once I confirmed my choice to engage them, we temporarily booked the next available time slot, but I chose the delay to confirm that the parts were arrived, because the car is safe for driving and water. With the final date confirmed, we received a day -to -date and a drop -off.
“Work performed:
“Renew the rear bumper, renew the teligate, adjust the boot lid. Protective features have to be examined and possibly calm. Not too much sounds like, but all new parts have to work with the car body, the back window and all the other parts of the tail.
“We were very happy with the collection that the distance around the parts was exactly, even the color match should not be taken notice (a new car should be easy to end), and overall the whole car once again presented it as new.

“The reception was very helpful in managing the transport and transportation, and even in small quantities of the leftist, if anyone should be available, the future touch -up should be packed as a paint. While this would mean that we have not achieved the relationship of ‘any affiliation’, we still do not understand the accident.
“After meeting with David Water Worth, the author of Clean Technica.com, we were invited to share our experience. Offensive experiences we carry directly with the service providers, but in this case, we are happy to share our very good experience.
“Safe and pleasant journey, always!”
The story of Nurum illustrates how far the repair industry has come. There was a lot of fear and fear of working on electric vehicles. In an interview with the head of Automoto in the Queensland Taffe, I was shown training modules and equipment for apprentices to work safely on EV. Another concern was the amount of tech made in every part of the electric vehicle. With this tech, all driving is becoming more and more wider, it has become commonplace. We have made a long journey in 3 years.
Since Australian roads host more and more EVs (we are increasing and increasing by more than 120,000 every year), it is bound to be more bungalow. Hopefully they will be small and easily repair. It is good to see that the manpower is ready for them. Perhaps our readers would like to join the conversation and share their own repair stories? Feel free to add them to the comments section.
