Famous for its role in the emergence of the Bible, Sinai, the peninsula, has set a distance of about 23,000 square miles, which makes it larger than the modern state of Israel, and two -thirds of Jordan. It is widely believed that the divine name of God is a dramatic order and ten orders, the Peninsula played an important role in the early history of Israel and the wider movements of the ancient people between Africa and Asia.

Bible’s circle

Despite being known as Sinai today, the peninsula has been taken through various names throughout history and is only widely called Sina in the modern age based on affiliation with the Bible’s Mount Sina. Initial written references to the region come from the Egyptians, who began to make the area colonial at the end of the fourth thousand -year -old BC. Egyptian control over the region was primarily driven by the wealth of the peninsular minerals, especially through turquoise.
