For the first time, a research team of the Sankinburg Center for Human Evolution and Pelveen at the University of Tibenjin and Skangan Research Center has an archaeological archaeological archaeological archaeological archaeological archaeological archaeological archaeological archaeological archaeological archaeological archaeologists of Shokangan in the lower sexy, about 300 years old, 300 years old.
Thanks to the terms of extraordinary favorable protection, researchers managed to identify the oldest DNA discovered from the open air site. His analysis shows that Sheningen horses belong to a lineage that is considered to be the origin of all modern horses. The study has appeared in the journal Nature environment and evolution.
Domestic and wild horses, donkeys and zebras all belong to the only generation of the family’s family today. But taking a look at the record’s record suggests that more than 35 different breeds and hundreds of now -ending of the extinct Equine species have been facing in the past.
“This family is one of the most well -researched animals groups in evolutionary history. Their focus can be detected for over 55 million years,” the University of Tibenjin describes the Post -Human Evolution and the Palevine Environment Post Post.
“For a long time, genetic research has focused primarily on the changes that have happened in the recent past because of the horses’ domestic. But to understand the evolution of the horse, you also have to examine their previous history.

Doctorate students, combined with Ariana Wingarton and Merit Houlesler, and a team of fellow researchers, for the first time, Tibenjon scientists analyzed the mutocanic genome of Axos Moses Moses of Horseshoes in the lower sexy site.
Explaining the first author of this research, “Shangnan is known for his wooden spears, which is about 300 300,000 years ago and is the oldest famous hunting weapon in the world. The remnants of at least 20 victims’ horses were found very close to spears – who were already close to humans and horses.
“The purpose of our study was to clarify the position and origin of the Eco -Mosbunses in the Eco -Family Tree, and to better understand the genetic relationship with today’s horses.”
By analyzing well-secure bone parts of the animal skeleton, using special molecular techniques and developing new bio-information methods for the formation of genome from ancient DNA, the team managed to work together, which is about 300,000 years old.

“So far, it has been found that DNA can be saved for a maximum of 240,000 years outside the caves or Perma Frains.
“Generally, DNA decides rapidly in open air contexts because temperature changes and germs eliminate genetic materials. But in Sheningen, the bones were consistently damp, low oxygen was stored in the oxygen suck. This unique environment has served as a potentially natural protection.”
During the evolutionary history of the horses, the ancestors of the modern -day equality crossed the bearings Land Bridge, which is a land between Asia and North America, thus spread from North America to Eurasia.
To date, two major waves of migration have been documented: First, about 2.6 million years ago, today’s zebra and donkeys have brought the ancestors to Eurasian and African continents. Second, about 900,000 to 800,000 years ago, the so -called “cable line” introduced horses.
Many branches of the cable line of the family tree, such as Aceos Mosbunisis, disappeared. However, the current investigation shows that the horses arranged on the Scanangan site are related to the same evolutionary lineage as the survivors are still living.
“With our study, we succeeded in filling a timely and geographical space in the study of the evolution of horses. Our results also show that the surprising thing is, even in the seemingly unpleasant environment, such as open air excavation locations, the most ancient DNAs can still survive.” In this way, our procedure is likely to be promoted.
