On Wednesday morning, one of the earthquakes affecting Russia’s Far East sent tsunami waves to Japan and Hawaii and the Pacific. No specific damage has been reported so far, but authorities have warned people away from coastal lines and said that the risk could last more than a day.

The ports on the Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia flooded near the 8.8 dimensional earthquake when the residents fled abroad, and white waves in northern Japan were washed away. In the capital of Hawaii, cars jammed the streets and highways, even with traffic from the coast with traffic.

People went to the affected areas of Japan, with the 2011 earthquake and fresh memories of tsunami that led to a reactor malfunction at a nuclear power plant. There is no usefulness in the operations in Japan’s nuclear plants on Wednesday.

Russian officials said several people were injured, without data. In Japan, at least one person was injured.

The tsunami height in the northern island of Hokkido, Japan, was recorded at 3-4 meters (10 to 13 feet), and Japan’s northern island of Hokkido was 60 cm (2 feet), and Alaska’s alotian islands were observed at 1.4 feet (less than 30 cm) above the maize surface.

Hawaii and Oregon warned of potential damage to residents

The effects of the tsunami can last for hours or perhaps more than a day, said Dave Sander, a tsunami warning coordinator with the National Tsunami Warning Center in Alaska.

“Tsunami is not just a wave,” he said. “This is a series of powerful waves in a long time. Tsunami an hour away – an hour away – tsunamis crossed the sea.

“In this case, because of the land, mainly sending these large waves of water across the sea, they have been retreating for a long time,” he said, which is why some communities may have a greater impact.

Air Government Josh Green said that the data obtained from the Midway Atul, which is between Japan and Hawaii, is from the top of the waves from the peak to 6 feet (1.8 meters). He said the waves that hit the air could be big or small and it was too early to tell how big they would be. He said that the tsunami of this size would be like a 3 feet (90 cm) wave on top of the surf.

“This is a long wave that has great power in the coast and the earth,” he said at a news conference.

Green said Black Hawk helicopters have been activated and high water vehicles are ready to go if people need to be saved. “But please harm yourself,” he said.
