Massive new research says your sleep schedule can make you sick

An important international study, recently appeared Health Data ScienceIn the UK’s bubbank, 88,461 adults analyzed the objective data from adults and found important associations between sleep properties and 172 diseases. This study, headed by teams from Packing University and Army Medical University, highlights the regular sleep – such as consistency and circidine rhythm stability at bedtime – as an unidentified but critical factor in the risk of disease.

On average, using activation data over 6.8 years, researchers indicated that 92 diseases are more than 20 % of their risk, which is attributed to poor sleep behavior. In particular, irregular sleeping time (after 00:30) was associated with 2.57 times higher risk of liver cirrhosis, while the low inter -daily stability increased the risk of gangrene 2.61 times.

The important thing is that the study challenges previous claims that “long sleep” (≥9 hours) is harmful. Although sapot reports have linked long sleep to stroke and heart disease, objective data has shown this association in only one disease. Misunderstandings may be alleged: 21.67 % “long sleep” actually sleeps less than 6 hours, suggest that time spent in bed is often confused over time of sleep.

“Our searches indicate the importance of regular sleep neglect,” said Professor Shengfing Wang, senior author of the study. “Now is the time that we go ahead with our definition of good sleep.”

The team confirmed several associations in the US population and identified inflammation routes as a potential biological link. Future research will cause the cause and evaluate the effects of sleep interference on chronic consequences of the disease.
