For the first time, researchers at Amy University have shown their full laser facility. In a research published in Nature PhotonicsThe team has reported the creation of ultraviolet laser pulses, extreme peak strength, and precise control woofarmes that make it possible to find the fastest process of nature.

The custom built-laser system, known as the Lightwave Santheizer 100 (LWS100), is extended in 11 meters in length and 1.5 meters wide-is larger than commercial lasers, which is compared to a pencil or book in size. Its size is essential to produce and increase ultraviolet laser pulses with extreme peak strength.

At its peak, it produces 100 terraces – which is five times higher than the average of the world’s average electricity – though it’s just a few million dollars of a million dollars. This makes the system the most powerful laser in Sweden and opens the doors of ground applications such as understanding the ultra -fast process in biomolycles, developing light -driven electronics and improving solar panel performance.

What this system separates is that the pulses are not only very short (4.3 femoral) and powerful. They also have a reproductive and controlled electric field visual, which is similar to the pulse pulse. The acquisition of this level control is especially a challenge in the laser system, but is important for many modern applications. There can be even less Atscandy X -ray pulses that can be used in real time for the movement of electrons for “film”.

“Now we can show that this system provides exactly what we imagined,” says Amy University professor Laszlov Weiz.

Using this laser system, widespread experiments have been planned, which has taken advantage of its highly temporary and local light concentration. By the formation and focus of ultraviolet pulses, the flags of the Atosconding electron can be accelerated in the Ultra Relatives in the compact micro -accelerators, or the next generation of X -ray sources can be made to advance the autos.

The laser system was installed and inaugurated in 2022 at the University of Amy University. This newly published thesis is the first scientific study to perform its full performance.
